Emil Mejnun

A street and studio artist working between the wall and the canvas — large outdoor murals and smaller studio pieces that carry the same restless line and saturated colour.

Painting sits at the centre of the practice, but it doesn’t stay there: it spills onto painted objects, ceramics and the screen. The work keeps one foot in the texture of the city and the other in the quiet of the studio.

Recurring throughout are figures, type and a graphic, high-contrast palette — street energy met with studio craft.
